General Return and Exchange Policy
Message to All Merchants and Affiliates
1. All requests for return or exchange are subject to our Company ‘s approval.
However, the Company reserves the right to reject any exchange subject to the
following conditions :-
I. 8ightAsia hologram discs products packed in metallic bubble envelops
a) No products can be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been
opened and/or the seal of the packaging broken
II. 8ightAsia’s 8 Energy+ Bands packed in a watch box
a) No bands can be exchanged if the box has been opened and /or the seal
broken.
b) For cases of discoloration of hologram discs the Company will exchange
only if the bands has not been misused by the wearer and the band must
be returned to the Company with proof of sales receipt.
c) Any return claims will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase with
proof of sales receipts.
d) Only the sliding squarebox containing the hologram discs will be replaced
with the same color box.
Guidelines for usage of 8 Energy + Bands :-
1. DO NOT wear bands when taking bath.
2. DO NOT to use lotion on wrist where the band is worn.
3. DO NOT when near intense heat eg cooking , bbq etc.
4. DO NOT wash or use bands with any detergents, hand soap , lotions as
chemicals in these products may damage the bands.
5. Bands should be washed with cold water only and wiped dry with a soft cloth to
remove body sweat.
6. DO NOT wear bands while sleeping as bands will energize your body and disrupt
sleep.
The Company reserves the right to reject any requests for exchange if the wearer has
misused the bands. The Company will take at least 18 working days to entertain any
requests for exchange /return.
